摘要
目的:了解山东地区乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因型和亚型的分布。方法:采用特异性引物巢式PCR法,检测140例HBV感染者基因型和基因亚型。结果:140例标本中,129例(92.1%)可检出基因型,其中B基因型12例(9.3%),C基因型109例(84.5%),B/C混合基因型8例(6.2%),未检出A、D、E、F基因型。在B基因型中,均为Ba基因亚型,未检出Bj亚型;C基因型中,C2基因亚型81例(74.3%),非C1/C2基因亚型28例(25.7%);8例B/C混合基因型中,Ba+C2亚型5例,Ba+非C1/C2基因亚型3例。结论:山东地区HBV感染者中,存在HBV基因B、C、B/C型,其中B型均为Ba亚型,C型中以C2基因亚型为主。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotype and subgenotype in Shandong province. Method: HBV genotypes and subgenotypes were detected in 140 patients with HBV infection by using nested polymerase chain reaction based on genotype and subgenotype specific primers. Results: HBV genotype B, C and B/C were identified in 12, 109 and 8 patients, whereas genotype A, D, E and F were not found. All of the 12 HBV genotype B patients were detected as subgenotype Ba. Of the 109 genotype C patients, 74.3% (81/109) was subgenotype C2 and 25.7% (28/109) was neither C1 nor C2. Of the 8 genotype B/C patients, 5 were subgenotype Ba + C2 and 3 were Ba + neither C1 nor C2. Conclusions: Genotype B, C and B/C have been found in Shandong province, and subgenotype Ba inhabits the genotype B and subgenotype C2 predominates genotype C.
