摘要 临床上越来越多的肿瘤患者以手术配合放疗等作为综合序列治疗,低剂量放疗对于未愈合伤口的微环境、愈合过程、局部组织细胞以及细胞因子具有一定的影响,但对临床常用的45~58Gy及以上的高剂量放疗对于伤口影响的研究较少。本文就放疗对伤口愈合的影响及促进放疗后的伤口愈合因素作一综述。 More and more oncology patients need comprehensive and sequential therapy including surgery and radiotherapy.Radiation has some effects on microenvironment,agglutination,local histiocyte and cytokine of unhealing wound.But there are few studies concerning the effect of high dose radiotherapy on wound healing.This article reviews the effect of radiation or radiotherapy on wound healing and various promoting factors.
