随意皮瓣放射损伤动物模型的建立及病理学研究

摘要 目的:建立随意皮瓣放射损伤动物模型并对其进行病理学研究。方法:60只普通级Wistar大鼠被随机分成5组,进行随意皮瓣动物模型建立和放射损伤模型的建立。对其进行临床观察,并于放疗后第28d分别进行明胶墨汁灌注和病理学检查。结果:成功建立随意皮瓣放射损伤动物模型,并验证随局部放射剂量增加,皮瓣内血管密度减少。结论:放射线对皮瓣的损伤,同时表现在对细胞的损伤和对血管内皮细胞的损伤。建立随意皮瓣放射损伤模型,可为提高颌面颈部肿瘤外科综合治疗的预后效果提供研究平台。 Objective: To build an animal model of radiation injury on random flap, and make pathological research on it. Methods: Randomly divide 60 normal Wistar rats into 5 groups, and build random flap animal models and radiation injury models. Watch on those models clinically. Infuse Chinese gelatin ink into the flaps and make pathogicalscopy on the flaps. Results: Animal model of radiation injury on random flaps is constructed successfully, verifying that as the dose of radioactive ray increases the density of vessels decrease. Conclusions: Radiation injury on flaps is manifested both on cells and VEC. Through the construction of animal models of radiation injury on random flaps, we can build a platform on which the prognosis of combined therapy on malignant tumor of maxilla and neck can be investigated.
