摘要
通过观察5周的运动训练和补充大豆多肽对运动大鼠血清中肌酸激酶(CK)同功酶活性变化的影响,观察大鼠在训练结束后恢复的不同时间内,大鼠血清酶CK和CK同功酶(CKMM)的活性变化。研究发现,补充大豆多肽能降低运动后血清CK、CK-MM活性。提示:补充大豆多肽可能在一定程度上预防运动性骨骼肌损伤的发生和促进运动性骨骼肌损伤修复。
This study observed the effect of incremental load training and the intervention of soy active peptide on the serum CK isoenzymes of the rats in different recovery times after a period of high intensity training. The result was that soy peptide supplement could decrease serum CK. CK-MM after the exercise. The result hinted soy active peptide supplement may prevent EIMI and promote EIMI(Exercise Induced Muscle Injury) recovery process in a certain degree.
