摘要本文采用高电压低电流间歇刺激的方法,造成兔实验性力竭运动后骨骼肌损伤动物模型,并用 HE 染色、PTH 横纹染色、酶组化染色及透射电镜等技术对运动后骨骼肌形态进行动态观察。结果提示,力竭运动后48小时内兔后肢骨骼肌持续处于代谢障碍,糖原消失,线粒体肿胀,灶性肌纤维坏死等改变。72小时至1周后病变才趋于稳定并逐渐恢复正常。
