摘要
企业文化是一种有效和高层次的管理方法,其功效和作用已被无数管理实践所证实,也被许多学者所研究。但为什么企业文化会产生巨大的管理功能,其原因是什么,产生的机制如何,却无人进行过研究。本文运用行为科学的基本理论,对企业文化的功能进行了分析,从理论上回答了企业文化功能产生的原因和机理。
Having been proved by countless of successful practice, the enterprise culture is a kind of effective and high-level management method recognized by many scholars. But nobody has studied the causes that make the enterprise culture having such an enormous function. In this paper, the author analyses the function of enterprise culture with the basic theory of behavioral seience,revealing the mechanism on which the function of enterprise culture is produced.
