摘要
针对区域科技创新能力评价问题,定义了评价系统中的SPA联系函数和联系度,给出了相应的态势序结构,构建了区域科技创新能力评价系统的态势排序的数学模型和评价方法,结合评价指标体系,通过具体实例说明了这种方法的有效性和实用性。
As for the evaluation of Regional Science and Technology Creative Ability, the dissertation defines the SPA copula and the degree of connection in the evaluation system,presenting the relevant structure of tendency sequencing, and constructs the mathematic model and the evaluation method of tendency sequencing in the system of Regional Science and Technology Creative Ability. The dissertation combines the evaluation index system, and accounts for the validity and practicability of this method with the examples.
