多种肾小管标记物测定在肾脏疾病中的探讨

摘要 目的:探讨通过测定肾小管标记物(THP、RBP、α1-MG、β2-MG、NAG)及肾小管功能的项目(CH2O),判断肾小球疾病的肾小管受损程度。方法:应用放射免疫法测定THP、RBP、α1-MG、β2-MG,用ELISA法测定RBP,用比色法测定NAG,用物理学方法测定CH2O。结果:各组肾脏疾病中除隐匿性肾炎外均有一种或几种结果高于或低于对照组,其中在肾功能不全患者中的各项结果均有意义(P<0.01);隐匿型肾炎中的结果基本正常;狼疮性肾炎患者的肾小管受损也较明显。结论:通过监测多种肾小管标记物可以起到诊断和监测肾小球疾病的肾小管实质或功能损伤情况,对治疗起指导作用。 Objective To explore through test the marker of renal tubular ( THP, RBP, α1 - MG, β2-MG, NAG), tubular function project(CH2O) ,judge renal tubular to suffer injury the degree inglomerulus disease, Methods Determines THP,α1-MG, β2-MC with RIA; determines RBP with ELISA; determines NAG with the color method; determines CH2O with the physics method. Results In each group of kidneys disease to have one kind of either several kind of results besides latent golmerulonephritis is higher or is lower than a control group. In which patients in chronic renal failure resuns have significance( P 〈 0.01 ). Latent glomerulonephrit results is normal,lupus nephritis of renal tubular damaged are more obvious. Conclusion Through monitoring marker of renal tubular can diagnosis and monitoring of glomerulus disease or functional impairment of the kindney in the treatment guide.
