24例IgA肾病肾小管间质损害的临床与病理 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨IgA肾病肾小管间质损害的临床与病理的关系。方法对2$例IgA肾病患者的临床与病理资料进行统计分析。结果肾小管间质损害越严重,其血肌酐(Cr),尿渗透压(Uosm)和N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)异常的比例亦越高。结论IgA肾病患者的Scr,uosm和NAG等临床指标与肾小管间质损害的病理变化程度密切相关。 [Objective] To investigate the relationship between clinical features and pathology of tubulointerstitial damage on patients with IgA nephropathy(IgAN).[Method] The clinical and pathologic data of 24 cases with IgAN were analyzed.[Result] The more severe tubulointerstitial damage is,the higher the proportion of abnormal serum creatinine(Sc),urine osmol(Uosm)and urinary N-acetyl-beta-glucosaminidase(NAG)is.[Conclusion] The correlation between clinical index(Sc,Uosm,NAG,etc)and pathological change degree of tubulointerstitial damage in patients with IgAN is strong.
