摘要
维生素E(VE)是动物必需的脂溶性维生素,在动物体内具有重要的生理学功能,对动物很多生物学性能的发挥有较大影响。本文较为详细地概述了VE的各种营养功能,简述了影响VE稳定性的因素,并根据自身实践提出了在实验鼠全价配合颗粒饲料中的合理添加剂量。
Objective The Vitamin E（VE） is a necessary lipesoluble vitamin for animals, performing an important physiological function in animal body, and exert significant effects on development of many biological characteristics in animals. This review summarized in detail various nutritional function of VE, described briefly the factors influencing VE stability, and according to the author＇s own experience, put forward how many amount of VE should be given in the laboratory full nutritional value cooperated pelletized feed for rats.
