摘要
针对小型冲床的冲件拾取,开发研制一种基于气动元件的三自由度机械手。该机械手应用四个两种类型的气缸实现所有的动作,并留有低层的控制接口,使单片机可方便地对其进行控制。该机械手可广泛应用在小型冲锻件拾取,应用效果理想。
A 3 dimensions pneumatic manipulator is developed for picking up forged pieces. All movements of the manipulator are completed by four cylinders which are two different types. The lower control interface is set so that the manipulator can be controlled by MCU conveniently. This manipulator can be widely used for picking-up forged pieces forged by small type punching machines. The applications of the manipulator show the effect is ideal.
