摘要
创新人力资源管理是高校自身建设的必然要求。实现由人事管理向人力资源管理的转变,创新观念是前提,创新工作机制是保证。营造尊重人才、吸纳人才、留住人才的浓厚氛围,必须建立和完善科学有效的用人机制。
The innovation of human resource management is a certain equirement for the construction of universities. To achieve the transition from personnel management to human resource management , the innovation of idears is a precedence, and the innovation of working mechanism is the guarantee for the innovation of university human resource management. It is necessary to establish and perfect scientific and effective mechanism of employment in order to create an atmosphere in which telents are respected, employed and can stay.
