摘要
知识经济的兴起标志着人类社会正在步入一个以知识资源为依托的经济时代里。在这样的时代里,智力资源成为企业可持续发展的第一资源。人力资源管理有向资本化、战略化、人本化和虚拟化发展的趋势,企业对智力资源的管理自然也成为其人力资源管理的重要内容。使企业的知识得以传播、共享、积累与创新,进而提高企业的技术创新能力。智力资源管理对企业技术创新的作用已经日渐明显,已成为中国企业人力资源管理领域的新发展。
With the emergence of the knowledge economy, the society is marching into an economy age which relies on the knowledge resource. Nowadays, the intelligence resource becomes the most important resource to support the enterprise's sustainable development. Under the trend of the HRM capitalization, strategy, humanity and virtualization, how to manage the intelligence resource has become one of the significant contents of HRM. The intelligence resource enables the enterprise knowledge to promulgate, share, accumulate and innovate, which improves the technological innovative capability further. The intelligence re- source management plays a more obvious role ia the enterprise's technological innovative and has become a new trend in the filed of Chinese enterprise HRM.
