摘要
随着信息技术的发展,知识经济的到来,广播电视大学将在发展现代远程教育,实现全民教育、终身教育的目标中承担新的历史使命,其固有的价值功能必被赋予新的内涵。本文拟从对人才概念的新认识、远程教育理论的发展和社会服务功能的拓展方面对新时期广播电视大学的职能作粗浅的分析和探讨。
With the development of information technology, arrival of kownledge economy, in modern teleedueation of develo- ping radio and TV university, realize the whole people＇s education, undertake the new historical mission in the goal of life - long education, its inherent value function must be entrusted to new intension. This text drafts from the new knowledge to talent＇s concept, the development of the long -range education theory and expansion of social service function make an elementary analysis to the function of radio and TV university of new period and discussion.
