摘要
鼎、镬、鬲、釜、甗等都是古代的烹饪器具,它们的形制、用途不尽相同,存在时期也不一样。古代烹饪所使用的器具,跟烹调技术、饮食习惯密不可分,同时也与灶火火力的运用有关。通过这些烹饪器具以及记录它们的文字,可以看出古代烹食文化的发展。
"Ding", "huo", "li" , "fu" and "yan" all belong to cooking utensils existing at different times in ancient China. They have different shapes and serve different purposes. The cooking utensils used in ancient China are inseparable from cooking techniques, catering customs as well as the operation of furnace fire. Those ancient cooking utensils, along with the written language recording them throw light on the development of cooking culture in ancient China.
