温度对椰心叶甲啮小蜂发育历期及寄生力的影响 被引量:16

摘要 在养虫室内研究温度对从台湾省引进的椰心叶甲啮小蜂(TetrastichusbrontispaeFer.)发育历期和寄生能力的影响。结果表明:在温度(25+1)℃,相对湿度为(:75+5)%条件下,个体发育完成1代需要17 ̄21d;卵期1.5 ̄2d,幼虫期5 ̄6d;蛹期(含预蛹期)10 ̄12d;成蜂寿命在没有营养补充条件下,雌蜂活2d,雄蜂活1.5d。有10%(v:v)蜜糖水营养补充时雌蜂最长可活21d,最短7d,平均16d,雄蜂能活最长17d,最短5d,平均14d。完成1代的有效积温(285.36+19.32)℃,发育起点温度为(10.32+0.8)℃。在一定温度范围内,其发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短,寄生能力则随着温度的升高而增强。 A research was undertaken in insectarium for observation of developmental time and parasitizing capacity of Tetrastichus brontispae Fer. introduced from Taiwan, China. The results show that it takes 17 - 21 days to develop a generation of T. brontispae under the temperature of (25±1)℃ and RH (75±5)%, including 1.5 - 2 days of egg stage, 5 - 6 days of larva stage, 10 - 12 days of pupa and instars stage. Without feed, adult male and female survived 1.5 and 2 days respectively, whereas, with 10 % (v/v) of honey, the adult lifespan was 7 -21days (16 days on an average) for females and 5 - 17days (14 days) for males. The active accumulative temperature for one generation was (285.36±19.32)℃. The minimum developmental temperature was (10.32 ±0.8)℃. Its developmental time was shortened with temperature and the parasitizing capacity improved with temperature.
