摘要
采用单体溶剂法制备乙二胺扩链和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)封端的聚氨酯水分散体,并以此为种子,合成了聚氨酯-聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯(PU-PEMA)复合乳液。研究了组分比、交联、二羟基丙酸含量对复合乳液力学性能的影响。动态力学测试结果表明用HEMA封端PU所制备的PU-PEMA复合乳液具有良好的组分相容性和优异的阻尼性能,PEMA用TAIC交联可改善组分的相容性,聚氧化丙烯二醇与二羟基丙酸的摩尔比为2∶1时,体系有较好的相容性。拉伸试验结果表明,用HEMA封端和TAIC交联可提高PU/PEMA复合乳液的抗拉强度。
The water dispersions of polyurethanes chain-extended by ethylenediamine or blocked by hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) were prepared by the reaction, dilution with the monomer, neutralization and emulsification, and these dispersions were used as seed to prepare polyurethanepoly (ethyl methacrylate) (PU- PEMA) hybrid emulsions. The influence of composition, crosslinking and the content of dihydroxymethyl propanoic acid (DMPA) was investigated on the mechanical properties of the PU- PEMA hybrid emulsions. The results of dynamic mechanical spectra showed that the PU-PEMA hybrid emulsions blocked by HEMA have better compatibility and excellent damping properties and those crosslinked by TAIC or with 2 : 1 molar ratio of PPO to DMPA have also better compatibility. The results of tension tests showed that the PU-PEMA hybrid emulsions blocked by HEMA and crosslinked by TAIC have higher tensile strengths.
