摘要
将ＡＧＺＹ－８３α人肺腺癌细胞同步培养，分析各分裂周期精脒（ＳＰＤ）的含量及分布。结果表明：ＳＰＤ的表达与ＤＮＡ合成呈平行关系，为在分子水平探讨多胺参与癌变的机制提供了实验基础。
he relationship of SPD expression and cell cycle in synchronizing culture was investigated on a hu-man pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell line,AGZY-83α with methods of radioimmunoassav and immuno-cytocheinical localization of SPD,The results showed that the content of SPD varied during the cell cy-cIe。It was the lowest in M phase and began to rise in Gl phase and it reached the peak in S phase,TheaIteration is parallel with DNA synthesis,The results suggest tbat SPD play an important role in DNAsynthesis of tumor cell.
