摘要
随着网络教学的流行,线上教学的采用已在各国大学及企业中大幅成长。但在大力推动线上教学的同时,如果没有透过适当的教育训练来协助师生适应新的教学角色、调整新的教学技能,并透过不断的评估研究,来持续改进线上教学的应用形式与带领策略,网络教学就不会具有新奇效应。本文通过探索网络教学的线上教学,希望能为从事线上教学的教师们提供教学的理论基础与实务设计的参考法则,以期使网络教学成为实现终身学习之利器。
With web-based instruction becoming popular, online teaching has been growing greatly in many countries and enterprises. But it will not produce the desired novel effects if proper training is not provided for both teachers and students to adapt to the new roles in teaching and learning and adjust the new teaching skills and if incessant evaluation research is not conducted to improve the operating forms and the guiding strategies of online teaching continuously. Through exploring online teaching, this paper aims to provide theoretical framework and reference principles of practical design for the teachers engaged in online teaching, with a view of turning web-based instruction into the edge tool to fulfill lifelong leaning.
