摘要
本文探讨了在玻璃工业中,应用X射线荧光分析仪测定原料以及产品成分的意义,介绍了粉末试样制作方法,用日本RIGAKUX射线荧光分析仪测定硅砂及玻璃产品多种化学成分含量的方法,本方法简单、快捷、准确。
In this paper, the significance of using X-ray fluorescence spectrophotometer to mensurate material and production in glass industry was discussed, the means that making powder sample then mensurating components of silica and glass with Japan RIGAKU XRFS were introduced, it is simple, speedy and exact.
