摘要
提出了热轧生产过程的综合集成控制策略.实现了将轧制生产的过程参数信息反馈到加热生产工序,对加热炉炉温设定进行基于轧制参数信息的动态调节.仿真结果表明,采用该策略能够有效地降低热轧生产能耗,保证轧制生产的顺利进行.*
This paper presents a comprehensive integrated control strategy for hot-rolling process. Information of the rolling process can be feed back to the reheating process, and the temperature setting of reheating furnace can be adjusted dynamically based on the rolling information. Simulation results show that this strategy is effective to reduce reheating energy consumption and ensure that the rolling process shall run smoothly.
