超高分子量聚乙烯拉伸性能的红外辐射研究

摘要 采用先进的试验设备和方法对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)材料在不同的加载速度下进行拉伸力学性能试验的同时,对其承载变形过程又进行了热红外辐射温度的监测。对超高分子量聚乙烯材料试验过程中不同加载速度下应力与应变、平均红外辐射温度与应变、平均红外辐射温度与机械功之间的关系进行了分析研究。研究结果为超高分子量聚乙烯材料在矿山机械及其他机械中的应用提供了理论依据和参考。 With the advanced test equipment and method, a stretch performance test of ultra high-molecular quantity polyethylene material was conducted under the different loading speed. A infrared radiation temperature was monitored and measured during the loading deformation. The relationship between the stress and strain, average infrared radiation temperature and strain, average infrared radiation temperature and mechanical power was analyzed and studied on the ultra high-molecular quantity polyethylene material under the different loading speed. The study results provided the theoretical basis and references for the ultra high-molecular quantity polyethylene material applied to the mine machinery and other machinery.
