摘要
目的比较不同厂家参麦注射液中人参皂苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法进行梯度洗脱,测定3个厂家生产的参麦注射液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1的含量。色谱条件:汉邦L ichrospher C18色谱柱;流动相A为水,流动相B为乙腈;流速为1.2 mL/m in;检测波长为203nm;柱温为35℃。结果3个厂家生产的参麦注射液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1的含量分别为12.36,4.26,93.80μg.mL-1;122.38,50.88,180.58μg.mL-1;153.24,58.73,115.38μg.mL-1。结论不同厂家参麦注射液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1的含量差异较大。
OBJECTIVE To compare the contents of Gensenoside Rg1 ,Re and Rb1 in Shen-Mai injections manufactured by different factories. METHODS To determine the contents of Gensenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 in Shen-Mai injections manufactured by 3 factories using HPLC. The separation was achieved on a Hanbang Lichrospher C18 column at 35℃and detection at 203 nm by gradient elution with water and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.2mL2 min^-1. RESULTS The contents of Gensenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 in ShenMai injections manufactured by 3 factories were 12.36, 4.26, 93. 80μg·mL^-1 ;122.38, 50.88, 180. 58μg·mL^-1 and 153.24, 58.73, 115.38μg·mL^-1. CONCLUSION The contents of Gensenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 in ShenMai injections manufactured by different factories were comparatively large disparity.
