不同医师探寻离体上颌第一恒磨牙MB2根管口的可靠性评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价不同医师探寻离体上颌第一恒磨牙MB2根管口的可靠性。方法:100个离体上颌第一恒磨牙开髓后,两名医师2次独立探寻MB2根管口,2次间隔2周,用Kappa分析法评价其一致性。结果:MB2的平均发现率52.3%,2名医师2次比较的Kappa值分别为0.701和0.678,属高度一致性;同一医师自身前后比较的Kappa值分别为0.861和0.844,属极好一致性。结论:MB2在上颌第一恒磨牙中比较常见,不同医师不同时间对离体磨牙MB2根管口的判断较为稳定。 AIM : To study the reliability of second mesiobuccal canals in extracted maxillary first molars as located by different observers at different times. METHODS: 100 extracted human maxillary first molars were determined by two observers to locate the second mesiobuccal canals independently at 2 times with 2 weeks interval . Then the results were analysed with Kappa statistics. RESULTS: MB2 were located in 52.3% of first molars. The Kappa value for inter - observer agreement was 0.701 and 0.678, Which means substantial agreement. The Kappa value for intra - observer agreement was 0. 861 and 0. 844, which means almost perfect agreement. CONCLUSION: The incidence of MB2 is familiar comparatively in first molars . The reliability of location of MB2 by different observers at different times is steaty.
