摘要
目的:探讨中考和高考学生的考试焦虑程度与家长的焦虑水平的关联性。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和Sarason考试焦虑量表(TAS)对初一、初三、高一和高三共208名学生进行测试,同时对学生家长进行SAS测试。结果:初三和高三学生及其父母的SAS评分明显高于初一和高一学生及其父母,初三学生的SAS评分高于高三学生,差异有显著性(P<0·01,P<0·05);TAS评分在初三和高三学生差异不显著。结论:升学考试的学生及父母的焦虑水平高于非升学考试的学生及父母;中考学生的考试焦虑程度高于高考学生的焦虑程度。因此,为缓解学生考试焦虑,对考生及家长采取恰当的心理辅导和心理干预是必要的。
Objective: To explore the differences of examination anxiety between junior middle school students and their parents, and between senior high school students and their parents. Methods: Two hundred and eight students from grade 1 and grade 3 of junior middle schools and senior high schools were surveyed by using self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and test of anxiety scale (TAS) ;Their parents were also investigated by using SAS. Results: The SAS scores of grade 3 students of both junior middle school and senior high school and their parents were higher than those of grade 1 students and their parents,and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). The SAS scores in grade 3 students of junior middle school were higher than that of grade 3 students of senior high school (P 〈0. 05). There was no obvious difference in TAS between them. Conclusions: The anxiety level in students who are facing entrance examination and their parents is obviously higher than that of students who do not face the entrance examination and their parents. The anxiety level in students who is facing high school entrance examination is higher than those of students facing university entrance examination. Therefore, the proper guidance and intervention should be performed.
