摘要 由于常用的可动凝胶调驱体系适应温度范围(70℃以下)较窄,不能适应华北油田冀中高温(80—125℃)主力砂岩油藏调驱的要求,为此开展了高温可动凝胶调驱技术研究。采用超高分子量抗温耐盐的聚合物为主剂,筛选了高温复合延缓交联剂、高效稳定剂;通过正交试验法优化出了使用配方。在此基础上.进行成胶时间、热稳定性考察和封堵、驱油物模试验。试验结果表明。该调驱剂具有耐115℃高温、成胶时间可调(24—72h)、热稳定好、115℃恒温考察240d不破胶、既有调剖作用(封堵率60%-98.2%)又有驱油作用(提高采收率12%-23.4%)、能使用油田回注污水配液的特点。经过7井次现场应用,取得了较好的增油效果,累计增油7000t以上。 As the temperature range of regular movable gel system for profile control is narrow (under 70 ℃), which can't adapt to the profile control requirement of Jizhong reservoir in Huabei Oilfield with the temperature of 80~125℃. Therefore, high temperature movable gel as profile control was studied. A kind of temperature and salt-resistant polymer with extra molecular weight was selected as main ingredient, and temperature-resistant delaying-crosslinking agent and stabilizer were selected. The formula was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Experiments were conducted to test the gelling time, heat resistance and blocking and flooding effect of the optimized formula. The experiments show that this profile control agent could endure 115℃ temperature with (24~72 h)gelling time and good heat resistance. The gel doesn't break for 240d under constant 115℃ temperature.. This agent has profile control function (plugging ratio 60%~98.2%) and flooding function (recovery rate increment 12%~23.4%). Through the application of 7 wells, good stimulation effect was acquired with a cumulative increment of 7000 t crude oil.
