粉末活性炭固定高效菌降解焦化废水的中试研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探索高效菌应用于工程中降解高浓度焦化废水的有效方法,投加HENGJIE高效混合菌制剂和作为载体的粉末活性炭于O3AO2工艺中,进行中试试验,试验结果表明:此方法可以很好地固定高效菌,对未经稀释的高浓度焦化废水进行直接处理,在水里停留时间为84h,进水COD浓度平均值为5435.7mg/L时,出水COD浓度为369.3mg/L,COD去除率为93.17%;进水Ni3-N浓度平均值为67.80mg/L,出水NH3-N浓度为1.04mg/L,NH3-N去除率为98.18%.色度为100—200倍.除COD与色度外,其他检测项目均可达到一级排放标准.菌剂一次投加,投菌量小,操作简单,适合工程应用. To explore the effective method of treating coke-plant wastewater with highly effective bacteria, we carried out a pilot experiment by adding HENGJIE highly effective mixed bacteria and Powered activated carbon as carrier to O3AO2 system. The result demonstrates that this process can treat high concentration coke-plant wastewater without dilution. When the HRT is 84 hours, the average influent and effluent concentration of COD is 5 435.7mg/L and 369.3 mg/L, respectively, the removal rate of COD is 93.17%; The average influent and effluent concentration of NH3-N is 67.80 mg/L and 1.04mg/L, the removal rate of NH3-N is 98.18%. Except for COD and chroma (100-200), other items detected can reach the state discharge standards. Moreover, it needs smaller mount of bacteria, shorter startup time. The operation is simple and can be easily applied to engineering.
