摘要
焦化废水是煤制焦炭、煤气净化及焦化产品回收过程中产生的废水,其成分复杂多变,属于难处理的工业废水。利用壳聚糖对膨润土进行改性,制备了壳聚糖改性膨润土,并应用于焦化废水的处理,并对影响处理效果的工艺参数进行了优化,结果表明:在pH=8.6,投加量为10g·mL-1,搅拌时间为30min,离心时间为12min条件下,改性膨润土对焦化废水CODcr的去除率达到82.5%以上,处理效果明显优于原土和壳聚糖。此外,通过对原土和壳聚糖改性膨润土进行的比表面积和扫描电镜等表征测定分析可知,壳聚糖的加入并没有改变膨润土的基本框架,只是增大了膨润土的比表面积,从而提高吸附性能。
Coking wastewater is a kind of intractable wastewater which are from the process of making coke,purifying coal gas and recovering the coke products.The chitosan modified bentonite was prepared using bentonite as raw material and chitosan as modifier, which was applied in treatment of coking wastewater.Processing conditions were optimized with the single-factor experiment.The results were shown that with the conditions of pH is 8.6,dosage of chitosan modified bentonite is 10 g·mL-1,stirring time is 30 min and centrifuge time is 12 min,the removal rate of CODcr is above 82.5%.The removal rates of using chitosan modified bentonite was higher than raw bentonite and chitosan.Specific surface area and scanning electron microscope(SEM)results shown that structure of bentonite was not changed by adding chitosan and its adsorption properties was improved with increased surface area.
