摘要
用不同浓度的赤霉素、乙烯利和矮壮素于子叶展平期、1叶期和2叶期处理普通丝瓜,研究其对丝瓜性别分化的调控效应。结果表明:赤霉素处理有利于雄花分化,以2叶期100 mg/L处理的诱雄效果最好;乙烯利处理延迟和抑制雄花分化,减少雄花数目,同时也减少雌花数目,显著降低雄雌比;矮壮素处理有利于雌花分化,以1叶期200 mg/L处理的诱雌效果最好。
Growth regulators GA3 , ethephon and CCC were sprayed to towel gourd at cytoledon stage, one-leaf stage and tow-leaf stage, respectively, to observe their regulations on sex differentiation. GA3 treatment benefited male flower differentiation which reached the highest after sprayed with 100 mg/L GA3 at 2-leaf stage. Ethephon delayed and inhibited male flower differentiation, thus decreased male flower number and the ratio of male flowers to female flowers. CCC treatment favored the female flower differentiation and showed the best effects at 200 mg/L at 1-leaf stage.
