摘要
为探讨硝酸银在黄瓜中的诱雄机理,以2片真叶期的雌性系和雌雄同株系为试材,测定了硝酸银处理后不同时间茎尖过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性.结果发现:硝酸银处理后,黄瓜植株茎尖过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性升高,超氧化物歧化酶的活性则先受到硝酸银的抑制,然后升高.
To explore the mechanism of AgNO3 inducing male flowers in Cucumis sativus plants, the activities of peroxidase,catalase and superoxide dismutase in tips of gynoecious plants and monoecious plants treated with AgNO3 are determined. The results show that the activities of peroxidase and catalase in Cucumis sativus plant tips increase significantly with plants treated with AgNO3,and the activity of superoxide dismutase is inhibited by AgNO3 before it increases.
