摘要
根据市场需求实现对企业制造资源的快速配置是应对激烈市场竞争的核心,现提出了一种面向任务的生产线快速建模仿真系统。该系统基于制造系统仿真建模技术,通过应用面向对象技术建立企业制造资源类库,集成产品制造和工艺过程相关规则处理机制,针对任务中产品的结构和生产工艺等特点,并考虑生产任务、企业生产现状等约束条件,自动而快速地建立面向该任务的制造生产线仿真模型,作为企业重新配置制造资源的依据。该系统对于提高企业的调度、管理效率具有重要意义。
How to dispatch manufacturing resources rapidly according to market demands is the key in intense competitions, so a rapid modeling and simulation system for task-oriented product line is introduced in the paper. This system is based on modeling and simulation technology of manufacturing. Object-oriented method is used to establish manufacturing resources class library, and related rules of manufacturing and process are included in it. By analyzing the structure and process of product, and constraints of task and enterprise, a task- oriented product line model is established automatically and rapidly, which contributes to rearrange resources. This system is very helpful to scheduling and managing.
