摘要
链段是啤酒生产线设计中需要考虑的重要因素,它直接与影响啤酒生产线性能指标的缓冲容量和缓冲时间参数紧密相关。链段设计本质上是一种组合优化问题,但由于生产线动静特性的影响,不能建立精确的生产线数学分析模型,传统设计方法只能给出留有较大冗余的解。本文研究应用仿真优化方法设计啤酒生产线并开发出基于虚拟仿真环境的制造系统仿真优化系统S imOpt,在实际应用中具有非常好的效果。
A chain-segment is an important factor in the design of a beer filling line, it has a close relation to buffer capacity and time that directly influence the performance of the beer filling line. The chain-segment is a combinatorial optimization problem in nature. However, due to the influence of static and dynamic feature of the beer filling line, it is very hard to build an accurate mathematical model to analyze, so that the traditional methods can only give some answers with a big redundancy. The paper applies simulation optimization to designing the beer filling line and develops a simulation optimization software SimOpt, and very ideal effect is achieved in practice.
