摘要
采用标准对照法．研究在不经中和酸的争件下，直接用斐林试剂滴定柑桔果实鲜榨汁水解液中的转化糖，与国标GB8210—1987测定结果相比，回收率迭95％～102％，RSD为0．0087。我国柑桔主产区果实成热期集中，样品量较大，用此方法能简化测定程序，缩短测试时间，极大地提高测定效率。
According to GB 8210 - 1987, in the determination of invert sugar in orange, sugar is hydrolyzed in an acidic solution and then neutralization is made with NaOH. This experiment has shown that the step of neutralization is not necessary. Compared with the control, a procedure without neulralization achieved a recuvery of 95 - 102% with an RSD of 0. 008 7, This simplified method is labor - and time - saving and improves the efficiency of invert sugar determination.
