摘要
以华协1号为油菜供试材料,试验设有磷和无磷2个处理,在Hoagland营养液中培养油菜幼苗,用CH2C l2浸提、减压、浓缩,然后进行GC-MS检测、分析,研究对油菜不同生育期根系分泌物的影响。实验结果表明,根分泌物中有烃、酸、苯、醇、酯、酮、胺、醛、醚、噻唑、酚、菲、萘、醌、蒽、萸等有机化合物,其中酞酸二丁酯、二十八烷、二十九烷、十六酸-β-丙三醇酯、二十四烷、13-二十二烯氧胺的相对含量最高分别达到22.55%,18.00%,17.64%,16.38%,11.20%,10.89%,其他化合物含量相对较低。相同磷水平下,油菜根分泌物种类和数量20 d显著多于60 d,而在磷胁迫下,其根分泌物的种类和数量亦明显增加,并且油菜苗期能分泌出大量强化感效应有机物(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚等),而中后期其分泌能力明显降低。
Seedlings of rape (Brassica campestris) were cultured in Hnagland tmtrient solutions with or without P for 20 or 60 days arid the composition of the root exudates was analyzed by GC - MC test. The exudates of rape roots extracted with dic.hltwomethane were found to conrain hydrocarbon, acids, benzene, mellow, ester, ketone, amine, ahdehyde, aether thrazole, hydroxybenzene, phenanthrene and the likes. Dibutyl phthalate, oetacosane, nonaacosane, hexadecanoie - acid - 2 - hydroxy - l - (hydroxymethyl) eth, tetraeosane and erucylamidc accounted for 22.55%, 18.00% , 17.64%, 16.38%, 11. 20% and 10. 89%, respectively, of the total. With similar P status, exudates of the roots were significantly higher determined on the 20th d than on the 60th day, and under P stress, root exudation increased markedly, Many allelchemicals were secreted by the roots at the seedling stage and the secreting capacity dropped markedly at later growth stages.
