Analysis of root secretes of sterile Eichhornia crassipes

摘要 首次对无菌凤眼莲(Eichhorniacrassipes)的根分泌物的氨基酸组分予以分析鉴定,发现含有多种氨基酸,除色氨酸外的常见氨基酸均有,同时含有一种非蛋白氨基酸—γ-氨基丁酸.各种氨基酸按浓度由高到低为:甲硫氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸、苏氨酸、半胱氨酸、精氨酸、酪氨酸、组氨酸、脯氨酸、天门冬酰氨、谷氨酰氨、异亮氨酸和苯丙氨酸.通过色谱-质谱-计算机联机检索法对无菌凤眼莲的根分泌物的有机酸组分的分析,发现含有丁二酸等多种有机酸.其中只有了二酸为三羧酸循环的中间体,其他均为复杂的不大常见的有机酸.为尽可能多的了解凤眼莲根分泌物的组分,同时初步分析了乙醚抽提物和四氯化碳抽提物,发现都是较复杂的有机物. n this paper, components of root secretes of sterile Eichhornia crassipes were analyzed. It was shown, for the first time, many kinds of amino acids were present. In the order of decreasing concentration these were methicnine, gamma amino butyric acid,glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, aspartate, serine, glutamate, lysine, threonine, cysteine,arginine, tyrosine, histidine, proline, asparagine, glutamine, isoleucine, and phenylalanine. Butanedioic acid and other organic acids in the secretes were detected by gas chromotograph-mass spectroscopy-computer system. Of these, only butanedioic acid is the intermediate metabolite of tricarboxylic acid cycle. In addition, many complex organic compounds in the extractions were found by ether and carbon tetrachloride.
