摘要
检察机关对行政机关进行法律监督应表现在两个方面:检察机关对行政机关及其工作人员的直接监督;检察机关通过时行政诉讼的监督,间接规范行政权力。
The supervision should embody from two aspects： direct supervision to the administrative organ and its personnel, and indirect control of the administrative power by supervising administrative procedure.
