摘要
分别介绍了《报废电子电气设备指令》(WEEE指令)、《电子电气设备中限制使用某些有害物质指令》(RoHS指令)和《关于报废汽车的技术指令》(ELV指令)等的要点。论述了WEEE指令所涵盖的10类电子电气设备产品、6种受限制的有害物质的最高含量及可能含有受限物质的材料和制件以及各国执行指令的现状。比较了中国的《电子信息产品污染控制管理办法》与WEEE和RoHS指令的差别。提出了指令的应对措施。
The key contents of the “Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive” （ WEEE ）, “Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances Directive” （RollS） and the“End of Life Vehicle Directive” were introduced respectively. Ten kinds of electrical and electronic equipments in the range of WEEE directive, the highest content of six kinds of hazardous substances being restricted, materials and components that contain the restricted substances and the current status in implementing the directive all the world were discussed. Differences between China＇s“Management Methods on Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic information Products” and WEEE, RollS directive were compared. Countermeasures to the directives were presented.
