摘要
利用SSR标记研究了30份我国主要糯玉米(ZeamaysL.ceratinaKulesh)自交系的遗传变异。用21对扩增带型稳定的引物,从供试材料中检测出101个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因2~10个,平均4.81个,平均多态性信息量0.60。
Simple sequence repeats(SSR) marker were adopted in heterotic grouping of 30 waxy corn inbred lines. Twenty-one SSR primers giving stable amplified profiles detected 101 alleles among the lines tested. The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 4.81 with a range from 2 to 10. The value of polymorphism information content (PIG) for each SSR locus varied from 0.43 to 0.87 with an average of 0.60.
