摘要
在整个中国社会变革的大背景中审视建国以来我国公民科学素质建设的历史及其特征,以期为新形势下的公民科学素质建设提供借鉴。
This paper surveys the history of Chinese citizens' construction of literacy of science against the background of social changes in China,based on this survey,the paper describes and discusses nine historical characters of citizens' construction of literacy of science in our country since the founding of the state,which would serve as reference for the improvement of citizens' literacy of science in new situation.
