摘要
高校要高质量实施好大学生心理健康教育,首先应该科学合理构建大学生心理健康教育理论与实践的框架体系,这个框架体系应包括树立正确的心理健康教育理念,确定科学的心理健康教育内容,选择适合的心理健康教育方式和建构系统的心理健康教育机制。
Psychological health education for college students, one of the important parts of higher education, is a great concern for the Party, the Government, especially the workers of higher learning. In order to carry out sound schooling of psychological health for students, colleges and universities should form the framework of theories and practice of psychological health education. This framework covers the principle, contents, methods and mechanism of psychological health education.
