摘要
科技管理工作绩效与科技管理创新是相辅相成、相互促进的。用实例阐述了高校科技管理通过科技管理手段取得的绩效,并对高校进一步加强科技管理创新、制度创新和人才队伍建设、促进科技成果转化等几方面进行了探讨。
The management Performance and management innovation of Science -technology supplement each other. Based on the examples, this article shows the innovation in Science - technology management through which the enhanced performance in management of science - technology is achieved. It also explores some more measures about management of Science - technology.
