大麦生态雄性不育系育性转换机制的研究 被引量:5

摘要 生态雄性不育大麦A1,A2具有明显的育性转换特性,温度是其育性转换的主要诱导因子.育性转换的温度敏感期是抽穗前19~32d,即药隔形成期至花粉母细胞形成期.7℃以下低温诱导不育,10℃以上温度为正常可育,7~10℃为育性转换温度,在此范围内,花粉育性和结实率存在一系列连续变化,均随温度升高而逐渐增加.该不育系的花粉败育类型有典败,圆败和染败,也有无花粉型.大麦幼穗发育进程的穗间或小穗间的差异和温度的波动性变化是导致该不育系育性漂移的主要原因.光周期对育性转换的影响必须在可育温度范围才能得到表现. The ecotypical male sterile barley lines A 1 and A 2 display obvious fertility alteration in natural conditions. The fertility alteration is mainly induced by different temperatures, the thermo sensitive phase of fertility alteration being 19 ̄32 days before heading,the period from anther diaphragm formation to the pollen mother cell formation. Low temperature (<7℃) induces sterility, high temperature (>10 ℃) induces fertility, and under temperatures from 7 ℃ to 10 ℃, the pollen fertility and seed set rate increase continuously with the rising of the temperature.The pollen abortion types includes typical abortion,spherical abortion,stained abortion, and that of no pollen. The differeces between spikes and spikelets development and wavelike change of temperature are the main causes that induce fertility shift of the male sterile lines. The effect of daylength to fertility alteration of the male sterile lines can be displayed only when the temperature is in the fertile range. The methods of how to get high hybrid seed production and keep hybrid seed purity are also discussed.
