摘要
目的解决盗食法测试外环境鼠密度时由于食饵丢失而导致测试密度偏高的问题。方法改进盗食法使用有编号的食饵盒.并按操作规程进行测试。存4个居民区及4个花坛对普通盗食法和改进盗食.法进行对比试验,2次试验相距1周。对测试数据进行logistic回归分析。结果同一地点用普通盗食法测得盗食率是改进盗食法的1.4~6.2倍。测试方法和时间有统计学意义(P<0.01),OR分别为0.344和1.353。结论改进盗食法将三失的诱饵记为无效,操作者按操作规程操作易找到复杂环境下放置的诱饵,测试结果更加准确,适合用于外环境鼠密度测试。
Objective To solve the problem of feeding rates tending to be too high when estimating outdoor rat density due to baits loss. Methods Improving bait steal gauging used baiting boxes with serial number, and testing according to the operating rules. Contrast experiments were carried out at interval of 7d between normal bait steal gauging and improved bait steal gauging in 4 residential areas and 4 partens. Tile data were analyzed with logistic re- gression. Results Feeding rates of normal bait steal gauging were 1.4 - 6.2 times higher than that of improved bait steal gauging at the same location. There was statistical significance(P 〈 0.01 )in test method and sequence, the odds ratios were 0. 344 and 1. 353 respectively, Conclusion The improved bait steal gauging recorded lost baits as null data, handlers found test baits more easily in complicated spots according to the operating rules, the results were more accurate. It was suitable for estimating outdoor rat density.
