摘要
肌动蛋白(actin)是一种高度保守的蛋白质,存在于所有真核细胞中,参与细胞分裂、运动、迁移、形态的维持、生长等多种重要生理活动.染色体改构复合物BAF和转录因子NF1/CTF是基因转录活动中的两个重要的因子,参与了基因的转录活动.通过免疫电镜和免疫共沉淀实验,证实了肌动蛋白是染色体改构复合物BAF的组成部分,和转录因子NF1/CTF参加了由RNA聚合酶II介导的基因转录活动.
Actin is a kind of highly conserved protein, existing in all eukaryote. It has important physiological activities in cell division , movement, transfer , keeping cell formation and development. By double-labeling immunoelectron microscopy and immunoprecipitation assay, further illustrated that actin is a composition of chromatin remodeling complex BAF, and participates in transcription initiation activities together with transcriptional factor NF1/CTF by RNA polymerase Ⅱ.
