摘要
目的:观察熟地、苍术及二者不同配伍比例保护大鼠残余肾的作用,探讨熟地、苍术的相使作用,并寻找熟地、苍术的最佳配伍比例。方法:采用大鼠5/6肾切除动物模型,分为单味熟地组、熟地+苍术(1∶1)组、熟地+苍术(2∶1)组、熟地+苍术(1∶2)组、单味苍术组、模型空白对照组、正常对照组,观察各组大鼠治疗后血红蛋白(HGb)、肾功能(Scr)、转化生长因子β1的表达。结果:单味熟地组、熟地+苍术(1∶1)组、熟地+苍术(2∶1)组与模型组相比有较大差异(P<0.05)。组间比较:熟地伍苍术(1∶1)组与单味熟地、熟地伍苍术(1∶2)、熟地伍苍术(2∶1)、单味苍术组间有差异(P<0.05)。结论:熟地与苍术配伍应用具有良好的中药相使作用,且以1∶1的配伍比例应用,疗效最佳。
Objective : Observe the function of Shu Di,Cang Zhu and different compatibility proportion of them to protect white rat's remnant renal function,explore the mutual assistance effect of Shu Di and Cang Zhu; seek the best compatibility proportion of them. Methods :Use white rats of 5/6 kidney cut as the experiment animal model, divide them into the following groups: Shu Di only,Shu Di and Cang Zhu ( 1:1 ) ,Shu Di and Cang Zhu(2:1 ) ,Shu Di and Cang Zhu( 1: 2) ,Cang Zhu only,blank control of model,control group of normal. Observe the hemoglobin (HGb), renal function (Scr) and the expression of transforming growth factor β1of the rats after the treatment. Results :There' re obvious differences between group of Shu Di only,Shu Di and Cang Zhu ( 1 : 1 ) ,Shu Di and Cang Zhu(2:1 ) ,and group of model ( P 〈 0.05 ). Comparision among different groups : there' re differences between groups of Shu Di and Cang Zhu ( 1:1 ) ,Shu Di only,Shu Di and Cang Zhu( 1; 2) ,Shu Di and Cang Zhu(2:1 ) and group of Cang Zhu only( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion :Shu Di and Cang Zhu used compatibility have good mutual assistance effect and the compatibility proportion of 1:1 has the best curative effect.
