摘要
高等教育大众化使得大学毕业生猛增,从而使其就业形势日益严峻。“毕业即失业”的阴影导致新的读书无用论开始抬头,部分学生对前途和未来失去信心,开始“挥霍”大学生活。大学阶段在一个人的一生中处于基础和关键阶段,是大学生作为“学生人”走向社会和参加工作转换的桥梁。大学生应理性分析和看待大学生人力资本投资风险与收益,合理设定大学生活目标并制定大学生涯规划,从学习知识、认识社会和职业准备三方面合理规避大学生人力资本投资风险。
With the popularization of China＇s higher education, the numher of graduates is increasing dramatically, hence the low rate of their employment, which leaves the undergradt,ates an impression that it＇s no use studying at universities at all. Some of them are pessimistic about their future, and begin squandering their campus life. However a student is supposed to have laid a foundation for his life career by the time he finishes his study at university, so he can＇ t afford to spend his time casually. University acts as a bridge for him to step into the real society. A college student must he able to realize that his study at university is investment in manpower capital, which, of course, poses certain risks. He has to take risks if he wants to reap benefits. To avoid the risks, he＇ d better set his goals, plan his campus life .sensibly, and get prepared for his future job through learning from both the books and the society.
