摘要
目的了解正常新生儿生理性抗凝血因子的水平,为临床和研究工作提供参考数据。方法抽取正常足月顺产新生儿脐血及健康成人外周静脉血,分别测定抗凝血酶(antithrombin,AT)、蛋白C(protein C,PC)、组织因子途径抑制物(tissue factor pathway inhibitor,TFPI)的活性和含量,α_2巨球蛋白(α_2-Macroglobulin,α_2-MG)的含量,并与成人进行比较。结果新生儿脐血中AT、PC、TFPI的含量和活性均显著低于正常成人水平(P<0.05)。α_2-MG的水平与正常成人相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论新生儿生理性抗凝血因子处于一个较低的水平,α_2-MG正常可能是一种代偿机制。在新生儿出血性疾病的诊断及抗凝剂的应用中应引起注意。
Objective To investigate the test results of blood anticoagulant in healthy newborns to provide reference data for clinic and research. Methods Activities of antithrombin ( AT), protein C ( PC), tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) and changes of AT, PC, TFPI and α2-macroglobulin (α2-MG), were measured in healthy neonates and in healthy adults. Results Compared with healthy adults, activities of AT, PC, TFPI and changes of AT, PC and TFPI were significant lower (P 〈 0.05 ). Change of α2-MG was lower slightly ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Anticoagulant functions were at a lower level and the level of α2-MG maybe one saving mechanism which provides a information for diagnoses of neonatal hemorrhagic diseases and use of anticoagulant in clinic.
