摘要
为了精确、连续地调节和控制无机化学反应过程中溶液的pH值,研制了溶液pH自动调节控制仪。与传统用缓冲溶液或手动调节相比,用反应物作为酸度调节剂有明显的优势。当连续加入反应物(碱性溶液或酸性溶液)时,该仪器可以连续数天精确控制反应系统的pH和温度(ΔpH<0.2,ΔT<1℃),而不引入杂质。
In order to regulate and control the pH value of the solution precisely and continuously in inorganic chemical reaction, a self-regulating and auto-controlling apparatus was developed. Compared to the traditional way of regulating pH with buffer solution or manual controlling method, using the reactant as the pH controlling medium has obvious advantages. When adding the reactant (alkaline solution and acid solution) to the system continuously, the apparatus can control the pH value and temperature precisely (△pH〈0.2,△T〈1℃ ) for days, without introducing impurity.
