摘要
运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等方法,以武汉市的中学体育教师为对象,从宏观上分析当前武汉市体育教师队伍的现状,从微观上探讨了在新时期下影响体育教师队伍发展的不稳定因素,并提出了相应的对策与措施,旨在为武汉市体育教师队伍的建设,为武汉市体育教育事业的发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。
Through the method of investigation documents and statistics, the text targets at the PE teacher in middle schools of Wuhan, analyzes the current situation from macro view and probes into the unsteady factors, which influence the development of PE teachers, aiming at giving some advice and reference to the construction of PE teacher group and development of PE in Wuhan.
