摘要
针对新时期高校体育教师队伍建设这一问题，从如何提高高校体育教师队伍的水平、思想素质、规范化管理、体育科研工作能力等几方面，进行了论述。
In accordance with the problem of the construction of high institutions' P. E. teachers team in the new period of time, the author expounds how to improve the level, ideological quality, standard administration and scientific research capacity of high institutions' P. E. teacher teams.
